Physical Therapy in-person or telehealth visits are available for any individual in Michigan looking to rehabilitate an injury, manage pain, improve strength, coordination or balance, and feel empowered through pregnancy and postpartum.

Wellness in-person and telehealth visits are for individuals in Michigan AND across the country looking for a licensed professional to consult on their wellness journey. I will assist you in finding the care you need from local healthcare professionals, and aid in your current course of care. Please see the Telehealth page for more information.
Policies and Fee-for-Service Information
Inspire Physical Therapy & Wellness is currently only in-network with Blue Cross Blue Sheild. Due to federal regulations, I cannot offer services for those whom have Medicaid.

For all other insurance companies (CIgna, Blue Care Network, HAP, etc.) I am considered an out-of-network provider. For all patients seeking care out-of-network, all services are fee-for-service (meaning not paid through insurance). However, I am able to provide you with a receipt called a super-bill which you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Although I am not in-network with insurance companies at this time, it is very much to your benefit! I am able to work one-on-one with you to develop a unique and personalized plan which will often help you reach your goals sooner without any restrictions from private pay insurance companies.
Additionally, Michigan is a Direct Access with Restrictions State - meaning, I am able to see clients without a physician referral for 10 visits or 21 days (whichever comes first). Many insurance companies do require a script after the first treatment session for reimbursement purposes.
