The Story of

Meet Dr. Jenny

Inspire was born out of love and passion for what I do as a pelvic health physical therapist. My own journey through pregnancy, the 4th trimester, and beyond has ignited a fire in me leading to the creation of a company for which I hope to change the face of prenatal and postpartum care for all women. It is my goal to provide high-quality, expert care to prevent, alleviate, and treat all physical pregnancy and postpartum conditions. I hope to inspire women to have a safe and empowered birth experience as well as provide hope, support, and healing for those who need it. With my background in orthopedic physical therapy, I also very much enjoy working with those who have a variety of concerns or conditions such as back pain, headaches, post-surgical care, and beyond!

I am committed to serving women and the community by creating an effective, holistic, and individualized approach to physical therapy treatment. My mission is to inspire hope in finding a passion for health and wellness, inspire growth with increased knowledge and awareness of the body, and inspire change by allowing you to take control of your journey toward an active lifestyle with less pain and more freedom.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in the care of pelvic health. I work with all individuals to educate, inform, empower, and inspire you on your journey to health and wellness. I graduated from the University of Miami in 2017 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. I have gained extensive experience in orthopedic disorders and conditions for people of all ages since graduation; however, my true passion for pelvic health began in 2018 when I began working for a for-women, by-women run PT clinic called Breathe. in Des Moines, Iowa (Yay for Drs. Molly & Libby!). It was there that my mentors encouraged me to seek out additional training to attain the Certification of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (CAPP) through the American Physical Therapy Association’s Section on Pelvic Health. I have also completed additional training in Trigger Point Dry Needling allowing me to combine the expertise of Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy with many orthopedic and hands-on physical therapy-based techniques. With a wide range of experience and techniques, I hope to encourage you to find that movement is medicine and that with individualized care and treatment, you can live, move, love, birth, and play fearlessly!
